Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of The Nurses Book at thenursesbook.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, posting a job or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Nurse accounts are free. Employer accounts may purchase job listings and related products. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

2. Job listings

• Listings must be genuine, currently open roles for nurses or closely related healthcare positions.
• Listings may not charge candidates fees, be misleading, discriminate unlawfully, or collect unnecessary personal data.
• We may edit formatting, decline or remove any listing that breaches these terms (see our refund policy).
• Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with employment law.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which Paddle calculates at checkout. Paid listings run for the period shown at purchase.

4. Nurse content and patient privacy

You keep ownership of what you post (profile, Spotlight stories, and in future, forum and video content) and grant us a licence to display it on the Service and in our promotion of it. Never post patient information or anything that could identify a patient. We remove such content immediately.

5. Agency matching

If you use "Let roles find you" and give consent, we share the details you provide with vetted healthcare staffing and travel-nurse agencies so they can contact you. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on our Resources pages are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, spam, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to break or overload the Service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee employment outcomes or verify every employer or candidate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
