Refund policy.

The Nurses Book is operated by AVSTE. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing enquiries and returns.

Job posts

• Not yet live: if your job hasn't been published for any reason, you get a full refund on request.
• Within 7 days: if you are unhappy with a live listing, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full and take the listing down.
• Removed by us: if we remove a listing for breaching our Terms (for example, misleading or non-nursing roles), we may refund at our discretion.
• After 7 days, live listings are non-refundable.

5-post bundles

Unused bundles can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Partly used bundles are not refundable.

Spotlight features

Spotlight feature purchases are refundable in full until the story is published, including if our editors decline the nomination.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thenursesbook.com with your receipt number, or reply to your Creem receipt email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
